I have put Thorsten in CC since he is dealing with the new queue. I
personally tend to avoid uploading different versions of a package to
NEW since I could imagine (but do not know for sure) that this might
create confusion in new processing. Thorsten might like to clarify
this.

I *personally* would try to upload right after acceptance.
