[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#808708: RFS: falconkit (blocker for wgs-assembler)

Hi Afif,

I just uploaded the package.  I wonder whether upstream could properly
tag their releases.  I think it is correct that you decided for a
compatible release but knowing my metadata that this is not the latest
one would have advantages.
