Upstream has tags in their "integration" repository [1], but this is not
really helpful-- you can point the watch file there, but you won't be
able to download anything useful with uscan because that repository is
mostly a set of submodules.

I noted this in README.Debian. I think it'll be fine. We will at least
know to upgrade once wgs-assembler moves on past 0.1.3.
