Hi Erik,

may I extend this request by politely asking if you could do the same
for tabixpp (https://github.com/ekg/tabixpp) which is also lacking
license information?
Moreover, as it is based on an embedded copy of the pre-htslib tabix
code, do you think it could be possible in the long run to adapt the
code to a more recent version?
