I will see if I can get it done today, otherwise it will probably take another day or so.

Since Jorge is no longer working at Sanger, I’m afraid I don’t really know. It might help to ping him directly by email via his personal address. When in doubt, I also wouldn’t mind adopting the fastaq package.
