Package: fastqc
Version: 0.11.2+dfsg-3
Severity: normal
Dear Maintainer,
If I install fasqc on a system without an JRE, I get the following
error:
$ fastqc
Can't exec "java": No such file or directory at /usr/bin/fastqc line
256.
After installing `default-jre` it works as expected. Please add a
dependency on Java for this package.
