[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#784057: fastqc: Package doesn't list java as a dependency

Hi Hans,

thanks a lot for this bug report.  I tried to upgrade to the latest
upstream version but this did not went as smooth as expected and I
need some help[1].

Just to let you know about the status of this bug.
