[Debian-med-packaging] Problem with Mauve biojava dependency

Hi, Andreas,
After you had packaged and backported Mauve (thanks for that, by the
way), I tried using it for some of my work and didn't find the graphical
interface functional. I hadn't gone into debugging it at the time since
I just used the command-line interface or my locally installed version.

Now I noticed a problem with the Artemis package (I just uploaded a
fixed version) that the biojava dependency was set to libbiojava1.7-java
by javahelper, but the biojava.jar (no version in the name) file
required for the program to work is in the package libbiojava-java.
Installing that package manually makes Artemis work. I suspected that
this is may be the same problem for the Mauve package and confirmed that
this is indeed the case.

I am going to push a solution to this in git. I'm also going to add a
.desktop file so that the graphical interface can be seen and launched
from the desktop environment menu.

Would you mind uploading those changes once they make it to git?

Many thanks and regards
Afif
