I succeeded in fixing the bug.
For me, the package is ready to be uploaded.
Andreas and/or Emmanuel, can you have a look at it?
Now, the source package produces three binary packages:
picard-tools: command line editor
Note that, even if the picard-tools script is still available,
I now provide the PicardCommandLine script (to follow upstream)
libpicard-java: the core java library
libpicard-java-doc: the javadoc
Note that the build system is able to produce part of html files
that seems to be used upstream to build the official on-line doc.
With a few scripts, it would be probably possible to generate a
local HTML documentation to be included in the picard-tools package.
