[Debian-med-packaging] How to specify files not in source package in d/copyright (Was: liblemon_1.3.1+dfsg-1_amd64.changes REJECTED)

Hi Thorsten,

despite the fact that I really do not know how to mention license of
files that are not part of the upstream source I decided to rather use a
symlink to jquery.js than a copy which seems technically more sensible.
