[Debian-med-packaging] Proteinortho: Missing test script chk_test.pl

Hi,

I wanted to upgrade the Debian package of proteinortho to the latest
upstream version (5.15).  When trying to run  `make test`  it turned out
that ./chk_test.pl is not part of the source tarball any more and thus
the test fails.  I'm not sure whether the removal of the test script is
intended and the Makefile just keeps the remaining or whether the source
tarball should rather contain the script.

Could you please clarify this to enable a successful testing?
