Hi Jim,
I checked the Blat download page[1] for any release with the new license
but there is no change. I'm not sure at what URL the code used in
r-bioc-rtracklayer was downloaded - may be there is a license upgrade yet?
Do you think you could something online that makes the license change
perfectly clear for any interested party?
