[Debian-med-packaging] Packaging maven-scala-plugin (Was: Help needed for gatk)

According to different hints I dropped the idea to package version 2.x
of the project and injected the latest version (3.2.2) into the above
Git repository.  Unfortunately I have no idea how to solve the resulting
issue when I try to build the package:
