Hmmm, I wonder whether this should be rather a dependency in
debian/control if it seems to be obviously needed?

Moreover I wonder what this should mean:

W: libssw-java: needless-dependency-on-jre
N:
N: The package appear to be a Java library and depending on one or more
N: JRE/JDK packages. As of 05 Apr 2010, the Java Policy no longer mandates
N: that Java libraries depend on Java Runtimes.
N:
N: If the library package ships executables along with the library, then
N: please consider making this an application package or move the binaries
N: to a (new) application package.
N:
N: If there is otherwise a valid reason for this dependency, please
N: override the tag.
N:
N: Refer to
N: https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-changes/2010/04/msg00774.html and
N: https://bugs.debian.org/227587 for details.
N:
N: Severity: normal, Certainty: possible
N:

Something seems to be wrong here - may be asking on debian-java list
might be a way to clarify proper dependencies.

BTW, I can confirm

$ file debian/tests/run-example.out
debian/tests/run-example.out: data

but I do not need to do extra means to build the package (in pbuilder
embedded into a testing machine).

Kind regards

      Andreas.
