Hello,

Changes pushed, but I think with the DFSG clean up you delete too many
files, because now compilation fails with:

cd /home/gerddie/debian-med/seqan/obj-x86_64-linux-
gnu/core/tests/swift_local && /usr/bin/c++   -DSEQAN_ENABLE_TESTING=1
-DSEQAN_HAS_EXECINFO=1 -D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 -D_LARGEFILE_SOURCE
-I/home/gerddie/debian-med/seqan/core/include  -g -O2 -Wformat
-Werror=format-security -DNDEBUG -Wdate-time -D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2  -W
-Wall -Wno-long-long -fstrict-aliasing -Wstrict-aliasing -pedantic
-Wno-variadic-macros   -o
CMakeFiles/test_find_swift.dir/test_find_swift.cpp.o -c
/home/gerddie/debian-
med/seqan/core/tests/swift_local/test_find_swift.cpp
/home/gerddie/debian-
med/seqan/core/tests/swift_local/test_find_swift.cpp:40:40: fatal
error: ../../apps/stellar/stellar.h: No such file or directory
 #include "../../apps/stellar/stellar.h"
                                        ^
   compilation terminated.

Best,
Gert
