[Debian-med-packaging] Question about the license of FastQTL for integration into Debian

Dear Olivier Delaneau,
I'm contacting you on behalf of the Debian Med team, a group within
the Debian project that aims to make it the best computing platform
for biology and medicine [1].

I have recently created a package to integrate FastQTL in the Debian
official repository [2] but it was rejected [3] for a problem about
the license of the file FastQTL/doc/img/fastqtl_checks.jpg for which
metainfo include a copyright to "Artifex Software 2011".

Could you please confirm that "Artifex Software" have really a
copyright on this file and what is the license of this file? In the
opposite case, could you confirm that this file is under the same
license as FastQTL?
