[Debian-med-packaging] Question about the license of FastQTL for integration into Debian

Dear Dylan,

Thank you for packaging FastQTL, this is really cool! Concerning the
copyright, it got in there because of imagemagick I think. The png was
generated with ghostscript so I think there is no copyright.
