[Debian-med-packaging] Issue with finding seqan cmake input needed by new version of hilive

Hi all,
We require to set the path to SeqAn manually in the CMakeLists.txt to install HiLive, as stated in the Readme:
"Check out the HiLive source code from the project website and adjust the paths of the
seqan module in the file CMakeLists.txt in the hilive folder (line 41 and 42)."
If I understood you right, this should solve the problem for you.
Best regards,
Simon Tausch

In my build of lambda-align, which is also based on seqan2, I did the
following:
https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/debian-med/lambda-align.git/tree/debian/patches/set-seqan-cmake-dir.patch
which did the trick there. Unfortunately there seems not to be a 'global' expected directory for such CMake stuff (or maybe I'm just not knowledgeable enough to find it;))
Cheers
Sascha
