[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#732858: We now have biomaj3. Do we need to keep biomaj inside Debian?

biomaj3 is the "replacement" of biomaj, but needs a migration to switch
from biomaj to biomaj3, this is not transparent for the user.
Don't know if it should be removed. biomaj is however not maintained
anymore, so why not....
