[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#854837: Package dicompyler does not work

Package: dicompyler
Version: 0.4.2-2

When invoking dicompyler it warns that there is unmet dependency. If I
manualy remove the dependency from system, program does not work. I am
using Jessie AMD64 and the same problem occur on two independent computers.
