Could you please more verbose what dependency you are talking about?
I also wonder how dicompyler is warning about something is missing and
you remove it *afterwards* ?

Your bug report looks strange since all the system information that
is created by reportbug is stripped. Usually the system information
is contained but you seem to have manually removed it. It would
help if you run `reportbug dicompyler` again and post the editor
content into this bug report.
With the current information we can not really do anything to fix
the issue. I do not get any warning on my machine after installing
dicompyler.
