The good news is that bcftools 1.5-2 successfully built on mipsel.

The bad news is that still leaves three architectures where this package has build regressions. ppc64el, armel and armhf. All three now seem to suffer from the same set of four test failures so i'm using this bug to cover all three. Interestingly all four tests seem to use the same test log file.

I'm going to see if I can reproduce this bug locally and find out what the output difference is.
