[Debian-med-packaging] Please fix remaining bugs in bppsuite or close them if the issue became void

Hi Julien,

when checking Debian Med bugs page for new targets to close I stumbled
upon these Mayhem bugs which are usually targeting upstream:

     https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?package=bppsuite

Could you please check these issues and possibly close the bugs if the
new upstream version is not featuring the issues any more?
