[Debian-med-packaging] Please fix remaining bugs in bppsuite or close them if the issue became void

Dear Andreas,

These are the bugs I was currently looking at. Waiting for bppsuite 2.3.1-4
to be in testing to check that everything is now fine (currently only
2.3.1-3 is there, which has problems as no executable is installed).
