[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#894781: bedtools: autopkgtest fails while it succeeded in the past

Hi,

I confirm that the tests are throwing errors (despite I can not
reproduce the issue uncovered at ci.debian.net[1]) when running the also
user accessible script /usr/share/doc/bedtools/run-unit-test on the
local machine.  Alternatively there are some issues with the new version
of samtools / tabix.

It somehow seems the test script is not adapted to the output of the
changed upstream code.

Charles, I keep you in CC since you once wrote the test script.
Liubov, I keep you in CC since you might have a look once you
are finished with ncbi-tools6.
