[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#909707: hyphy: Please provide autopkgtest

Hi Ioannis,

sorry for my (too?) late answer.  I was on vacation and now I'm catching
up with old tasks.  I checked the Pull Request but it does not contain
any commit.  Am I missing something?
