[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#908065: Reassign to dh-r

Control: reassign -1 dh-r
Control: retitle -1 prevent an upstream hyphen from being treated as separator between upstream version and Debian revision
Control: severity -1 wishlist

The issue is solved now for r-cran-adegraphics since r-cran-ade4 now
migrated to testing but the issue was originally caused by the
autogenerated versions of dh-r.  The discussion explains the problem
and thus I reassign the bug.
