Sitplus is in a very bad state anyway.  It needs packaging of libsitplus
(which was more tricky than I intended to spent time into this for my
personal use totally out of scope task).  So it will not be part of
stable release anyway and may be cv.h is not needed in the new upstream
version.  May be it would be better to remove it from Debian at all and
see if somebody else will re-introduce it later ,..
