Hi Andreas,

Thanks for confirming. I just had no enough energy to check status for
20+ packages that FTBFS against opencv 4.0.1

As for this package ... so be it ... Unlike the pkg-config file
deprecation, the complete deprecation of opencv/cv.h header
is not what Debian maintainers can workaround. And actually I'm
very happy to see that opencv/cv.h (historical burden?) has gone.
