Hi,

picard-tools depends on libbarclay-java. I see that it is has been
removed from testing, this is why it fails. I wonder however

Previous picard-tools in testing did not depend on this library.
Migration of picard-tools is currently blocked by this libbarclay-java
bug (#906973)
