I see nothing in the cmake output that looks like an error to me, up until
the exit code, so I'm not sure what to make of this failure.

Please note that elastix has been removed from testing at some point,
allowing the new opencv + gdcm to transition there, but somehow this never
resulted in an RC bug filed against elastix.
