[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#945454: elastix: FTBFS with current opencv and gdcm

Thank you for this bug report.

After checking the build log you provided, I found the same CMake error 
message as in #945453

Therefore I think all packages that depends on insight-toolkit will fail 
the same way due to bug #944636
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=944636

for which there is a fix waiting (if I understood correctly).
