[Debian-med-packaging] proteinortho curious code

ublast and usearch are also in the README.md Luckily usearch and ublast
are not needed.
The ublast and usearch info in the README.md would be a problem for
other more freedom strict distributions like Trisquel.
So if could I propose to remove all ublast and usearch related content
from proteinortho.
