Thanks, but I'm not closely familiar with t-coffee, so I appreciate
having a second set of eyes on any patches I prepare for it.

At any rate, I'm assigning #956848 to t-coffee, which should address the
NCBI blastpgp vs. EBI blastpgp.pl conflation, and leaving #956850 alone
for now (apart from correcting a typo in its title).
