[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#951280: fixed in ncbi-blast+ 2.9.0-4

Hi,

Thanks for the work.
But is there any plan to solve it for ncbi-blast+ in Buster for which the bug
report was addressed initially?
Do I have to mix Buster / Sid on my system?
