I've uploaded 2.5.1+dfsg-2 with more debug infor in the autopkgtest.  Since this
the tests are passing again as you can check from

   https://ci.debian.net/data/autopkgtest/testing/amd64/h/hyphy/3874825/log.gz

on.  I admit I have no idea why my `set -x` would have fixed that issue but
may be other packages in testing might have an additional effect.  What do
you think?
