Hi Thorsten,

I removed the docs directory with embedded CSSes and their licenses. So
we can go on with the biological bit (and our lives).

I had singled-out CSSes and uploaded them as packages on their own in
the past. Like
https://ftp-master.debian.org/new/libjs-scribl_1.1.4-1.html. I want to
stop doing that if you allow unless required for the functionality of
the package. We should at some point automate the detection of embedded
CSS and auto-substitute the same with refs to local packages. Sounds
like a nice GSoC project.
