Ahhhh, sorry, I'm not yet used of the fact that bugs against other
packages are listed at the page for a certain package.  That confused
me several times. :-(  So again, my fault (as above).

The version of a package does not matter.  Since libzeep version 5 is
replacing version 3 you should close bugs agains older versions as
well (always given that the bug is against that package).

So I'll go on uploading soon.
