[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#982262: vrrender: fails to start, missing directory

Good evening Andreas,

I updated Sight to 20.3 and added a patch to fix this bug as well. 
VRRender launches well for me now.

Could you please upload the changes if everything looks ok for you ?
