Hi,

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package ships (or creates)
a broken symlink.

>From the attached log (scroll to the bottom...):

0m45.8s ERROR: FAIL: Broken symlinks:
  /usr/share/doc/libbamtools-dev/html/jquery.js -> ../../../javascript/jquery/jquery.js (libbamtools-doc)


Should libbamtools-doc have a dependency on libjs-jquery ?
