Hi,

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package ships (or creates)
a broken symlink.

>From the attached log (scroll to the bottom...):

1m37.3s ERROR: FAIL: Broken symlinks:
  /usr/lib/transdecoder/util/__pwm_tests/pasa_assemblies.fasta.gz -> ../../sample_data/pasa_example/pasa_assemblies.fasta.gz (transdecoder)

Should transdecoder suggest transdecoder-doc which seems to contain this file?
