Thanks for the notice about the d/not-installed!  For the sake
of clarity, there is another file not installed and not recorded
in d/not-installed, hence dh_missing still raising warnings.
Otherwise agreed, I'm not myself a huge fan of wildcards, but
stuck to the coding style for consistency.  Same as M-A: same,
the compat 13 will wait for bookworm I guess.
