[Debian-med-packaging] seqkit 2.0 backport

Hi all,

I maintain almost the entire chain for seqkit, including seqkit itself.
If you want new seqkit in backports, just go for it.

Just push your changes for backports on a different branch and send out
emails, I or Andreas will upload.

PS: Please consider sending emails at debian-med at lists.debian.org since
this has a relatively wider audience. Should you send an email to the
-packaging list (which you've sent already) please CC me as I'm not
subscribed to this.
