After some clicking around on the wwpdb.org website I finally found that 
the entries in the PDB are available "under the CC0 1.0 Universal (CC0 
1.0) Public Domain Dedication".

Now, if you look at the text of this license, it is huge. Should that 
really go into the debian/copyright file?
