[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#1025778: libnewuoa breaks libpdb-redo autopkgtest: pdb-redo-example (Failed)

Dear Paul,

The issue with libnewuoa and libpdb-redo is solved in the new version of
libpdb-redo that is waiting in experimental.

And libpdb-redo is coupled to libcifpp which is also waiting in
experimental, hoping it will get a slot to move into testing.

Perhaps the bug in libnewuoa should be reassigned to libpdb-redo?

regards,

-maarten
