Release team made a bit of indication 4 days back. Please ping them on the bug (maybe CC sramacher at d.o) and ask when could
they schedule the BinNMUs

Replying to the bug report that threatens removal of these packages should reset the auto-rm counter. You may notice
that I've CC'ed the bug report so this should serve the purpose.
