Similar to #986194 (pique: no autopkgtest available yet), hinge requires a large data set (several GB) to do the unit test. At this time, the test script executes wget to download the files.
I don't feel this is feasible at this time because the autopkgtest virtual machine would need to download these large files and the links may become outdated or broken. I wanted to document my work on this bug in case someone else decides to work on it in the future.
