Dear Maintainer,

Trying to install borgbackup from git i got:

Exception: Could not find deflate lib/headers, please set
BORG_LIBDEFLATE_PREFIX or ensure libdeflate.pc is in PKG_CONFIG_PATH.

On for example Ubuntu 20.04 i found:
libdeflate-dev: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/pkgconfig/libdeflate.pc
