[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#1023258: uses com.sun.org.apache.xml.internal.serialize

I understand that com.sun.org.apache.xml.internal.serialize was an 
internal JDK class which is not available anymore.

When saving, it crashes with this error and DESTROYS the original file:
