[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#1013157: Asking for removal from Debian (Was: nifti2dicom: vtk[6, 7] removal)

Hi,

I've added to the upstream issue[1] that I will ask ftpmaster for
removal from Debian if there is no visible sign that there is any
interest to port the code to recent VTK.

Just to let readers of Debian Med know that this package is about
to be removed.
